Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
I offer one-on-one individual counselling sessions for both adults (ages 18+) and adolescents (ages 10-17).
Individual counselling can be beneficial for dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or relationship problems. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals to work through challenges and improve overall well-being.
Adult Counselling (ages 18+)
The main goal of individual adult counselling is to help individuals explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, identify the root cause of their challenges, develop coping skills, and work towards achieving goals.
Adolescent Counselling (ages 10-17)
Adolescents face a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and social pressures, which can negatively impact their mental health. I work with adolescents to create a safe space for them to explore and express their thoughts and feelings, learn coping mechanisms, and develop problem-solving skills. The goal of adolescent therapy is to improve the overall well-being, develop positive relationships, and build resilience.

Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk and talk therapy is a form of individual counselling that takes place while walking outdoors that I provide for my adult (18+) clients.
This type of therapy takes advantage of the calming effect that nature provides, allowing clients to feel more relaxed and comfortable while discussing their issues. The act of walking while talking can have a therapeutic effect, as it helps clients clear their minds, release tension, and feel more energized.
You can choose walk and talk therapy for some or all of your sessions with me.

Couples Therapy
I am certified in the Gottman Method (Level 1), a comprehensive approach to relationship therapy that focuses on building a strong foundation, improving communication, and resolving conflict in a healthy and constructive way. I work with couples in monogamous, non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, and will tailor therapy to each client’s unique values and needs. I provide a safe and supportive environment that allows couples to identify and explore the root causes of their issues and learn healthy ways to communicate and resolve conflicts. Couples therapy can address a wide range of relationship problems, including communication, infidelity, trust, intimacy, and conflicts related to parenting and finances.

Family Therapy
Family therapy aims to help a group of family members improve their communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships. I will work with the entire family or specific family members to identify and address issues that are negatively impacting their family dynamics. Sessions can involve activities such as role-playing, drawing, or talking through experiences to help family members find new ways to communicate and build connections. Family therapy can help families navigate a variety of challenges, including relationship dynamics, separation and divorce, mental health, and life transitions.
